Direct Install:

1. Download the APK from GitHub Releases
2. Enable "Install from unknown sources" if prompted
3. Open the APK to install

Build from Source:

Requirements:

• Minimum SDK: API 24 (Android 7.0)
• Target SDK: API 36 (Android 16)
• Java: 17
• Kotlin: 2.3.10

• BODY_SENSORS - Access heart rate and body sensors
• ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION - Access step counter and detector
• HIGH_SAMPLING_RATE_SENSORS - Enable fastest sampling rate
